Recently, I heard the Lord say, “I am assigning angels to your time.”
And I believe this is a message for all of us right now.
He wants you to know that with Him in charge, there is enough time.
- There is always sufficient time for God to complete His plans
Divine Acceleration
Even if time on our part is compromised, lost, or stolen by others, or due to circumstances beyond our control, He is the Redeemer of time.
This is what Divine acceleration is about:
- Divine acceleration is a principle where God makes up for lost time and accelerates His harvest, resulting in overflow
- So, there is no shortfall of time in the Kingdom of God!
He says, “I will restore the years the locust has eaten.” (Joel 2:25) [1]
My Times are in Your Hand
David wrote,
“My times are in Your hand; Deliver me from the hand of my enemies, And from those who persecute me.” (Psalms 31:15, NKJV)
David was confident that, even in the onslaught of warfare, the enemy could not take him out.
While God said, “It’s still your time.”
How the Holy Spirit Uses “Flashbacks” to Speak
A couple of months ago, I had a flashback—I was suddenly conscious of being in a certain time and place, in 2016!
In my experience, a flashback (as distinct from a memory) is sudden and inadvertent.
And a flashback prompted by the Holy Spirit seems to have the following attributes:
- It is “loud” in the spiritual realm
- Vivid in its recollection of details
- The memory comes with a sign and a message, often symbolic
- The message conveys the loving heart of the Father [2]
The Rolex Shop
Malcolm and I were walking up Collins Street towards the Rolex watch shop on the right-hand side, we were maybe 100 m from the store.
Our son worked for Rolex in 2016, presenting and selling watches, and we were on our way to visit him. [3]
That was it—a simple memory of a spot on the roadside.
It’s always amazing when the Lord shows me a significant moment, and I can put my hands on something from that time and place. Something physical that directly connects with that event.
I recalled that (even though we were not customers) the manager was friendly and gave us a Rolex magazine.
So, I went looking for it, and sure enough, we still had it!
We had two copies of the same edition because oddly, someone else had given Malcolm the same one later. A double portion!
And as we’ve learned to do, we used that moment of Divine encounter to discern the meaning. Then, we held the magazines in our hands and prayed. [4]
Anxious About Time
Months passed by, and I wrote it in my journal and forgot about it.
Until a couple of weeks ago, when we were in Melbourne City. We were nearby, and I had an urge to visit that spot on Collins Street because I remembered God’s presence was there.
But in a rush to return home, we went in the opposite direction.
And I didn’t think any more about it.
Until night, as I was going to sleep, when I had a series of dreamlike impressions, and it returned.
I woke up, and in a moment, I saw it—like that Rolex shop, just out of reach.
- I realized I was aware of time being valuable and shortage of time—slipping away on multiple fronts.
And I said, “Holy Spirit, are you showing me that I am anxious about time?”
Questions to Consider
Perhaps you can identify with this. Here are some questions or symptoms to consider:
- Can you relate to, “So much to do, so little time”?
- Do you concern yourself with making the most of the time you have left?
- Are you anxious about time or aware that it is slipping away?
- Perhaps you have family members who will not be on earth much longer and it troubles you
- You have thoughts about working out your life’s purpose, as though it’s a problem to solve
- Concern about delays in projects and a shortage of time
“I am Assigning Angels to Your Time”
When I said, “Holy Spirit, are you showing me that I am anxious about time?”
The Father spoke back to me straight away, and I believe He is saying this to you, right here and now:
“I am assigning angels to your time. Ask me!”
The Kingdom Time Zone
I believe that understanding Kingdom time is a key to faith—and it simply comes from having a revelation of God’s eternal nature.
For God “who was, and is, and is to come” inhabits past, present, and future all at once. (Isaiah 57:15a)
God dwells in Kingdom Time; we could refer to it as “the time zone of Heaven” and He is a master of synchronization.
He can perform an infinite number of actions in a nanosecond. [5]
- When we pray in the Spirit, we pray directly into this realm!
Teach Us to Number Our Days
And yes, the psalmist says, “Teach us to number our days, that we may have a heart of wisdom” (Ps 90:12)
This honors God, but it may overburden us, or we can become anxious about time.
Hear God say, “You are my son, you are my daughter. I am moving on your behalf and working all things together.
I am operating in the eternal time frame, finishing My work.”
Rich with the Time You Have
God doesn’t want us to live as time zone orphans, having a scarcity mindset concerning time.
We can live in peace, knowing we are rich with what we have left.
We are not time-poor, seeing time as sand running through the hourglass.
- Instead, seeing by faith a vast, broad beach—one that goes on and on without end
- Sand as far as the eye can see
He wants you to relax in it, run and play with Him on that sand, and with your friends and family. He wants you to do cartwheels (metaphorically speaking!)
And to know you have time enough.
As the stars of heaven, you are Abraham and Sarah in your calling.
This is your inheritance.

I read a lot of Prophetic words from different people. But this one stuck like glue.
God signatured this on my heart. Some of the same scripture you talked about,I have been hearing from the Lord.

Thank you for this very on time word. This is affirmation as we expectantly wait for the restoration of all things including time! I was lead back here again today specifically. All praise and glory to our Lord Jesus Christ.
I have read this message quite late. But I don’t regret. Much thanks to our God who knows it all and passes it to the right person to reaffirm some of us who think that time has really passed for us to do our Father’s assigned duties spiritually and physically.
I most times feel like I have disappointed my God. But thanks to God for this message. It is for sure mine. I am so grateful Prophet Helen. I am blessed.

Dear Helen,
I am writing to ask for prayer regarding the next move of God for our lives and ministry. My wife and I have been in Ministry for 21 years now and we have constantly experienced pain after pain. We have been placed in churches that either needed a new start or started from the ground up and everytime the Church reaches self sustainable stage we have been kicked out or sidelined. We are currently in that state in our current Church and now considering taking a break because we have been so broken. We are foreign nationals pastoring in South Africa. I for one have been waiting for a VISA for over 25 months now and it seems we are held hostage because there is nothing we can do without a visa. Our kids have been denied space in University and we are at the crossroads,desperately waiting for God to speak.

I don’t know if my message will be read since I’m commenting 3 years after the post, but I really relate to the anxiety around time.
On a personal level, there are things I want to achieve. I also feel the need to help my parents build a nice house before I get married, because that’s where my traditional lobola ceremony will take place. The state of that house will reflect my family’s background and values to the family of the person I’m marrying.
So part of me thinks, “I need time to save and build.” But then I also think about my biological clock. At this rate I’ll be 37 or 40 and still unmarried.
Then I think, “Okay, maybe I should just leave the building and get married first.” But reality hits — I don’t even have a boyfriend.
So either way, I end up worried.
On top of that, I feel God wants to bring revival in certain departments in my church through me before marriage. There’s just so much I want to do and achieve, but there’s no time ?????
I’d also love to get married while both my parents are still alive. I don’t want the drama of aunts and uncles handling my lobola ceremony. More than that, I want my mom and dad to see and enjoy their grandchildren. They only had me because 3 of their children passed away at a very young age.
